Passports MUST be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date. (Expiration date must be after September 9, 2025). Passports MUST have at least 6 blank pages in passport. These pages must be completely blank, this is a requirement. This blank page does not include the page reserved for Observations, Amendments or Endorsements. Government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding travelers without the required blank visa pages, even if you hold a valid ticket and a valid passport.

With Virgin Voyages, should you cancel 120 days prior to sailing (before the final payment date), you will receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at that time. Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can’t sail.
The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment, just in case “what if ” happens. It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Virgin Voyages does offer travel protection and it can added to. your booking anytime BEFORE the final payment is made.
