Who is Virgin Voyages?
Viring Voyages is a new luxury cruise line that disrupts the old way of thinking. Richard Branson, the founder, has four ships that will explore Europe, the Caribbean, and Australia. The four sister ships are Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady.
Does Virgin Voyages have photographers?
Virgin Voyages does not have ship photographers roaming around the cruise. If you want to snap the perfect photo for Instagram, you must bring along a plus one or a selfie stick.
Around the Ship
You will want to ensure your phone is charged and ready to take photos while on board Virgin Voyages. There are so many instagrammable places that your phone might need to take a quick nap and charge.
1. The AHOY Sign at port V
Before you even step board onto one of the Lady Ships, you and your group will want to get there early so you can take a photo at the large AHOY words located at Terminal V.
2. Sail the Virgin Way Sign
If you are on the Z side of the ship, pop onto your balcony and snap a photo of Port V! There is a super cute sign that says Sail the Virgin Way!
3. Virgin Logo
On the top deck of the Runway, there is the iconic Virgin Logo! Climb a few stairs and dodge the walkers and runners to grab a photo in front of the sign.
Tip: You may want to take this photo while the ship is docked because it gets windy up there!
4. Stairways at the Sun Club
There are a few hidden stairways around the Sun Club that make for some awesome photos! Grab one of your sailor friends to stand at the top of the stairs and take a photo of you walking down.
5. Standing on the Net
Head on to the back of the ship and find The Net – one of the most instagrammable spots on Virgin Voyages. It is so scary! You walk (or crawl) out to the middle of the net and have the most fantastic view and background.
Tip: Make sure you wear pants or shorts because the sailors, the few decks below you, can see everything!
Virgin is all about detoxing and retoxing, so after a night of re-toxing, make sure you make it up to The Perch for a morning of sunrise yoga at sea!
7. City Skyline while docked
Before sailing off from Miami, take a photo of the City Skyline from the cruise ship! The skyline is so beautiful and dramatic.

Virgin Voyages does not have a traditional art gallery, but they have stunning Sculptures throughout the ship.

10. Window bathroom by the main pool
One of the coolest bathrooms on Virgin Voyage is the Full Window Bathroom by the main pool. I know bringing your phone to the toilet is awkward, but you will get the best ocean view from this bathroom. Just make sure to use this bathroom while on a sea day because other ships might see you while in port.
11. Lounging on a Hammock
Suppose you are booked in a sea terrace cabin (balcony room). Good news! You have your own Hammock to lounge on. Nothing limits you from jumping into that cabin and lounging all day. If you love these custom-designed hammocks, you can purchase one to bring home!
12. Private Karaoke Rooms
If you are shy about signing in front of others, the Pricate Karokea Room is one of the best places to snap a photo! Either rent out the room for your group or take a quick tour during embarkation!

13. Pajama Party
Pack your favorite pair of pajamas and head on to the pajama party! This PJ party is typically held on the 16th deck; everyone comes as they are! It is hilarious to see the different interpretations of Pajamas everyone has!
14. Scarlet Night
Since Virgin does not have a typical Formal Night, Scarlet Night takes its place. Scarlet Night is not a night to miss or to forget to pack your Virgin Red. Just like the pajama night, there is no dress code. You will see anything from going out in dresses to people wearing pants and a top!
Booze places and food
From bubbles to beautiful places on board, there are so many places to snap a photo for Instagram that revolve around food and drinks that you might be too stuffed to take another photo! There is no main dining room or Food court on Virgin Voyage, and you must book dinner reservations (at no extra charge!)
15. The Sip Lounge Port Holes
The port holes at the Sip Lounge are calling your name. Not only are they the most picture-worthy space, but they are one of the few port holes that you can lounge in.
16. The Manor Night Club
The entrance to the Mannor Night Club is the perfect area to strut yourself before dancing the evening away. This is the perfect place to snap a photo on Pajama Night or Scarlet Night.
17. Cooking Korean BBQ
The first Korean BBQ on a cruise ship is, of course, going to make the list of the best Instgrammable items. Grab whatever meats and vegetables your heart desire and start cooking!
18. Pink Agave’s Entrance
The entrance of Pink Agave might be as good if not better than the manor nightclub. Make sure you wear your cutest outfit because you will want to take a photo here.

The Beach Club at Bimini is Virgin’s take on a private island. While at Bimini, you can do other excursions or have a relaxing day at the beach. Remember to bring your phone or camera to ensure you get all of the perfect snaps while you are hanging at the private beach club.
27. In your own private Cabana
Whether with a group or just hanging out with a few girlfriends, hanging out in your private Cabana is the perfect way to spend the beach day. Each Cabana gets $100 in bar credits, so it is the best time to shake for a bottle of champagne.
